Still breathing and still shooting!
Probably not of much interest to the 3rd Gen crowd but I’m nevertheless happy to report the M&P 2.0s I acquired this year have been great and have finally met the expectations I had for the M&P (plastic gun) series when I bought my first one of the originals long ago. Finally!
Otherwise, it’s been a fairly quiet year. I won’t mention the G-word, but I did acquire a P320 M17 to satisfy my curiosity about our new U.S. Army handgun. It’s nice, but based on my limited experience, I believe I’d rather have my 5-inch M&P 2.0, if I had to rely on a plastic 9mm. SIG was my only “off-brand” purchase in 2019.
I thought I already owned the 3rd Gen models that interest me, and have for years, with one exception. If a Melonite 4566 would come along I could be tempted.
Likewise a 3914NL, which I didn’t realize was even made until just recently. Don’t know how I missed that one.
