I find Pachmayr Small Presentation grips to be the ONLY suitable grips for N-frame square-butt revolvers. I find same to be nearly the best for K square target use, although Herrett custom-made grips are better, and for EDC, Rogers' grips are perhaps the best, at least for me.

For RB K & N frames, Compac or Compac Pro (no backstrap) are some of the best grips around.

For J frames, both Compac and Pres grips are very good for shooting, but a little bulky and possibly a little sticky for EDC.

For my hand, most Hogues are at least as good as Pachmayrs, but they don't cover quite as many frame sizes well.

I don't like Pachmayrs other than Pres or Compac. Most or all of their other grips are for hands larger than mine.
