My 4" 19-4 came with the original wood grips which looked good, but were very small and uncomfortable for me. So rather than change the grips, I added a T-Grip and it immediately fixed the problem. It looks great too.

My other Model 16-4, a gorgeous 6" CHP Commemorative, has larger smooth coke bottle grips - like the ones in post #22 - that fit my hand perfectly. It has the smoothest trigger of any revolver I own, including a perfect Python.
