I have several Centennials. My oldest is S/N 1142 was shipped Oct 1953.
3 of my Centennials (pre 40/42)
are Air weights with the extra bug screw) these are not very common as they only made 30k from 1953 to 1974. Because they didn’t sell that well initially ( they are know a huge seller for S&W in SS as a 640 or 642.)
