I would think that those front serrations are aftermarket as well, the few factory ones I have seen do not extend so far down the slide. There was a 4516-2 that sold on Gunbroker a few months ago with very similar front serrations that were listed as an aftermarket job, along with the extended slide release and oversized mag button (IIRC).
