Default Forgive me...I have strayed into Glock world

I got a local deal too good to pass up. Guy was selling a Glock 20 Gen 3 FS with box, paperwork, the two magazines along with 425 rounds of 10mm ball ammo. He put 25 rounds through it and it doesn’t fit his hand and he wants to get a 9mm. He and I are meeting next week at his FFl to do the swap and he’s paying the transfer fee.
All told $600 even out the door.

It looks brand new and almost no wear inside the slide. He showed me the receipt that he got it a short time ago so his story checks out.

If I were to get the same rig buying new they go around $631 including tax
Ammo cost 14.99 a box so around $146 including tax
If I bought new it’d cost me $775-$780 range.

Don’t worry I won’t forget my Smith and Wesson revolvers
I always take my 19-5, 36 and 38/44 HD to the range. Now I have one more to learn about!

Looks like this can use 40 once you convert it and 40 here locally is relatively cheap and abundant as it doesn’t sell as well as 9mm.

My wife is a southpaw so she shoots a VP9. I had a Glock 19 Gen3 a few years back but my son took it when he got out of the Marines and moved to NC.

So now I use .38, .357, 9mm, 10mm and the ability to shoot 40 (got to do some research on that)

I wonder what recoil is like on a 10mm as this will be my first one???
