Looks like you actually need two parts. These parts are the joint pivot and the joint pivot screw. You can find them on gunpartscorp.com for $5 each and get that gun back in working order. Look for Smith & Wesson, then scroll down to 38 Double Action. That is a nice gun and deserves repairing.

The joint pivot goes in from right to left and the screw is tightened on the left side.
