A couple of times the reps mentioned that the information for the 3rd Gens is on an older computer and they have to go to that to find out things like date of production. Apparently S&W doesn't think it's worth the cost and effort to move that data over to the newer computer system.

They probably dont want to deal with our questions. Therefore the lame excuse. I've called 3 times before over a period of a few months till I got the right person who looked up the 909 production numbers.
