In my 686 6" with a standard 125gr JHP I can get the following;

CFE and w231 at around ...1221fps
BE86 ......................... 1307
Unique ...................... 1355
HS-6.......................... 1344

SR4756 & 2400 can reach 1500fps, so these loads are pretty easy on recoil and can be accurate.
