I have a model 19 357 combat with class a factory engraving and I do have the S&W letter on the gun. The gun is a 1979. I know little to nothing about hand guns but would like to have a idea at todays cost , what the engraving would cost if purchased from S&W. I would guess S&W still has factory engraving. I can not figure out how to post a picture but according to my gun smith he does not think the gun has been fired other than at the factory. It is in a presentation box with a brush and mop.
