Hi,

Well at the same time I wrote this thread, I have sent an email to the SWHF about that and today I received an email from Sheryl Cheely who sent me a PayPal invoice.

Sheryl asks me to send the request form to
SWHF PO Box 1494 Great Bend, KS 67530

Which is different than the address on the request form :
SWHF c/o Roy G.Jinks, Historian
PO box 669 Warren MA01083w

So I don’t know where to send it.
