Plus, as you said, most of the tac and gang guys are sent west on the weekends. Now they want to take 5-6 cops (per District ) out of the Districts and send them to patrol the tubes and the L. Jimmy's. The City does not want to hire cops or properly equip them so rather than hire, they detail guys out or pay them OT to work their days off. One day this is all going to come crashing down on them and God help those that buy into the City's bs and have not armed themselves. Jimmy's.
