I sent my Les Baer Concept VII (Commander) slide in to Trijicon to have the sights re-lamped about five years ago. As I recall it cost about $75 and it took three weeks.

It doesn't look like they removed the sights when they did mine, so I assumed they re-lamped them in place.

At the time Trijicon's website never mentioned sending in just the sights, it was either send the slide from your semi-auto, or remove the cylinder on your revolver and send the rest.
