Luckily yours is a 629-4. The -3's use a unique rear sight, pretty hard to find. Midway USA has a pile of rear sights. The rear sight is held in by 1 screw, and the rear part of the sight has a screw also that sits in slot on the back of the frame and when you turn the elevation screw it brings the sights up and down. Those other 2 holes you see on your frame are for a scope base. The scope base uses 3 screws to hold it to the gun. So 1 screw is the main one that holds the rear iron sight on the gun, the other screw sets in a slot and adjusts the height of the sight. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, just ask!!
