Agree with others...no insult intended but it isn't the camera. The most common problem with gun pictures are 1. poor composition, i.e. there is lots of dead space or the gun is cut off and/or it is a busy background; 2. poor lighting--bright shade is the best. Never use flash; 3. the camera isn't steady. A tripod and/or more light is required to get a faster shutter speed.
