There are two Target Triggers. The .4" one pretty much just goes to the width of the trigger guard so you could holster it safely. The .5" does go outside. All my Target Revolvers never get holstered so I prefer the .5".

Back in the 70s and 80s, when I had my gun shop, I would make a once a month trip to Springfield, drop off a box of Factory New Guns and while I was touring the plant, having lunch and stopping at the Springfield Arsenal, they would upgrade all the guns to TH, TT, TS and White Outline Rear Sight like I wanted. I could retain the old parts to provide to buyers that might want to swap back, or just pay the difference, which is what I usually did.

Try getting any of those parts from Smith now. Same problem with Numrich.
