Actually, it would be called exactly what you called it---------a McGivern Gold Bead. The fact it uses a Patridge as foundation is immaterial.

(And as an aside, the McGivern Gold Bead is the best of all the beads/dots/whatever, as its bead is hemispherical in shape, and will reflect light to the shooter from any source within almost 180 degrees.)
