A bunch of choices for me. If I aM at the ranch gonna be a 357. Either the 60-10 or 66 ND 2.5” bbl loaded with 158 fr magnums.
Same goes fo desert camping.
When I head to the pine forests, It will be the 4” 629 or 625-6 Mountian gun in 45 Colt.
I bought a 696 ND and figured it would be a great hiking and camp gun. NAh!! For the weight I may as well carry the 629 and have the extra round and magnum chambering.
