IMHO, the 'Shars' is the best and the cheapest. IF your need for precision is at a higher level....haunt ebay and other places like that until you find a Starrett. Way back when....I hesitated at the buy-in price for a Starrett so bought a large Taiwan made vice. I wound up putting in so many hours rebuilding all moving aspects of that vice that I should have paid the Starrett price and only cried once.
