That would be the "Sear Release Lever".
2nd lever from the right.
With a worn sear release lever,
sometimes pressing down on the rear of the slide, holding it down tight against the frame, will allow the safety lever to drop the hammer.
When I wish to temporarily convert to "cocked and locked", I will substitute the "sear release lever" from a DAO model (called a "firing pin retainer spacer" on the DAOs) which is just a sear release lever with the lower, tapered foot (which pushes against the sear) ground off.
