Even if you could, would a .40 magazine take 10mm rounds? Usually 10/45 are larger frames, and 40/9/357 sig are "medium" frames. With 1911 pistols, usually a 10mm version uses a 10mm magazine for 40 and 357 also.
How does BMCM get 10mm into a converted CS40 magazine?
