I clearly heard her say .38 special and the counter man grabbed a box of .38 Super and insisted that they were they same thing!!

I asked the lady if her husbands gun was a revolver or a semi auto.....her answer was it was a Smith & Wesson that was a duty revolver. .......38 special NOT .38 Super.

She was thankful that she did not get the srong thing as it was NOT returnable and insisted on the clerk getting a box of .38 SPECIAL.......

Makes you wonder how often this very scene plays out every day ...
