My suggestion is to get something to replace that big wallet. You really only need to carry your DL and a credit card or two. If you are trying to carry a large handgun, you need to go smaller and lighter there, as well. Start wearing cargo pants/ shorts and pay up. Now you have more room and less weight to carry around. Put your handgun in a pocket holster in your strong side pocket and your badge and wallet in the other. I like kydex pocket holsters like Vedder or Alabama, but if you must have cloth, Blackhawk makes a very good one, called the TechGrip. Lastly, you really need to talk to your doctor to find out what condition you have and follow his/ her recommendations for relief.
