As a handloader with a chronograph who has worked up 125gr jacketed 38spl+P loads in my S&W snubbies I can tell you that there are no published 38spl+P 125gr jacketed 1150fps 2" barrel loads listed in any of my many reloading manuals...…...nor from any of the powder or bullet manufacturer's websites.

Your 125gr/1150fps 38spl+P snubby handload is reaching/exceeding 9mm+P 124gr velocities in similar short length 9mm barrels.

38spl+P pressures are 18,500-20,000 psi max depending upon who's info you believe.

9mm+P pressures are 38,500 psi max.

Your 125gr 38spl+P 1150fps jacketed handload fired from a snubby is actually going faster than the Federal 9mm+P 124gr HST load (tested from a short barrel) in this video:

Even Buffalo Bore's hot HEAVY 125gr+P JHP item #20B/20 is advertised at only 1050fps and Underwood's hot 125gr 38spl +P GDHP item #128 (advertised at 1250fps) gets only about 1050fps or less when fired in a snubbie revolver.

Please be careful as your load is exceedingly hot for a 38spl+P load...…..especially if using it in a corroded gun. (There is no such thing as a free lunch with regards to overpressure.)
