That's great news and congrats on your purchase. I agree with several others about your neighbor coming to you FIRST...that doesn't happen very often.
I've become good friends with a great gun show guy; although we're not neighbors, he contacts me right away when he runs across something that he knows i'd be interested in. That is something I really appreciate!
