Went to the Lions club Gun Show today, searching for My Grail Gun! Model 27-2 with a 3.5 inch BBL. Found one for $1900.00, Fantastic condition, hardly a turn ring, bluing about 100%, target hammer, serrated trigger, standard stocks without a blemish. Not a blemish on the finish other than slight turn ring. Pinned and recessed. SN# N12135. Finally bought it for $1650.00. I am one happy camper. Probably bought it a little early, but they are getting pretty scarce around here. Also came with a box numbered to the gun, paper and cleaning rod. Can some one with a S&W catalog date this for Me.
