To the OP:

Steelslayers comments are spot on.

I have had nothing but the finest treatment from S&W on the few occasions I needed to use them.

Like all Customer Service personnel so much of YOUR treatment is reflected on how you treat THEM!

Nothing man made is flawless in every example.
