While I haven't used this exact bullet, I've loaded many cast 100 grain wadcutters in .38 Special with 4.7 grains HP-38 (same as W231) for use in a pre-model 10 snubbie. These shoot to POA at 50 feet in my revolver, while heavier bullets shoot high. That should give you a starting point.
