Usually the Special Order code is the year followed by the Julian date. So, yours would be a 1992 production. Even though it seems like it this year, there are not 428 days in a year.

Since yours says "Special" under features it had something custom even though it carries a standard Product code.

Features on mine are 12 shot (12SH), stainless frame(FS), alloy frame(AA). At least according to the SCSW. I think that FS was supposed to be SF for fixed sights and an error crept in there. Mine is a 108211.

A call to customer service would get you the production date. If you ask the rep if there is any other information you may get more, but you might not. It seem to depend on what the rep feels like telling you based on other threads.
