U.S Army 1972-75. As a mechanic/ recovery vehicle driver I was supposed to be issued a 1911A1. But we didn't have enough to go around. The officers got those.
At various times I was issued:
M-16A1 rifle
M-3A1 submachine gun
M-60 machine gun
Ma Duece
