I currently have a Glock 44 and had an M&P Compact .22 for over a year. Only reason I parted with it was to make sure an old friend had some kind of pistol at home during these trying times. Never had any problems with the MP Compact. I like my G44 but has had a (high round) failure to feed every time I have taken it to the range – including with Stingers. The rounds go too high and jam against the top of the chamber. From what I have read, it would probably run better with non-HP ammo but most everything I have is HP. Selling my G44 as soon as I can find a new M&P Compact.
