Exactly, it's a side effect of lack of attention to detail & ultimately it matters.

Crowns should be smooth with each land & groove presented equally at the muzzle.

It's easily fixed. Whenever I've chamfered my crowns & forcing cones it's invariably made good shooters a little better.
