2008 - the great “He’s gonna take our guns!” panic. Didn’t happen. Things returned to normal.

2012 - Sandy Hook. The sky didn’t fall. Things returned to normal.

2020 - I need ammo to shoot a virus panic. Things briefly returned to normal.

2020 - George Floyd/BLM/Antifa madness. This too shall pass. The likelihood of legislation clearing the Senate is nil.

2022 - The party in the WH loses seats in the House and Senate, as always. Panic should be well and truly over.
