Agree with the $800+ value. You could probably get that here (see the Classified Section) fairly quickly and with no commission cost on the sale. Just have your FFL ship it to the buyers FFL. You might be able to sell it face to face depending on your state's laws but you have to advertise it in some way or have someone sell it for you all of which usually incurs some costs. A gun shop will be happy to buy it but will offer about half of what it is worth. Good luck.
