I’ve seen some of Mahovsky’s work, it’s top shelf. He hard chromes aluminum and his price includes disassembly and reassembly, a steal, imo.
He is getting up in age and a one man shop from what I understand. If I had a gun to refinish without care for originality, he’d be my guy.

Bob Cogan does great work also but more expensive.
