PPC is supposed to be a continuation of LEO training!

As mentioned above .38 Spl and 9mm are minimum!

I stand corrected: NRA PPC Rule Book:

3.2 Open Class Revolver: A revolver chambered to
fire center-fire cartridges .32 caliber or larger. If
the trigger is capable of single action it must be
capable of lifting 2.5 pounds when the gun is
cocked for single action firing.

Open Semi and Distinguished refer to 35 caliber and 38 caliber!

Note: I once shot a 60 round PPC matches in 45ACP full power and 150 round with target ammo. My knuckles were like hamburger from the barricades!

Otherwise I shot 38 Spl. 148 LHBWC, and 9mm 147 grain Ranger in Open Classes and 38Spl 158 grain LRN Ranger ammo for Distinguished.
