Right. Other companies, online pet medication, utilities, whatever cash our checks instantly but when there’s hang ups on their end they pull the “‘COVID card” for excuses.
Personally I prefer the old Pach grip adapters. They feel better to me though they tend to wobble a little even when the screws tight. Tyler’s are solid. Because of the endless horrible customer service from Tyler’s I’ve seen here, how can anyone tolerate such a long wait with no responses?
