The .44 looks to be from 1955 or early 1956. Looks like the barrel was removed to add a very strange hooded front sight and the 'smith forgot the pin (or ruined it before putting it back in). You can see the marks from his pliers or clamp on the barrel, not good. Everyone is different, but I wouldn't purchase that gun for myself, even for $300.
The 24-3 does look to be a Lew Horton Special with correct grips, but the condition is below average for these guns. I think $800 is pretty accurate seeing like-new examples selling for $1500 or more right now.
686 is also pretty ordinary and these are selling for $800 or more.
The 29-2 is obviously the beauty queen here. On GB a gun like this could break $2k.
