A lot of the lead bullet companies have gone away. I never tried Star but I did shoot pallets of National Bullet Company’s 148 grain HBWC. They were local to me and I could order them for pick up. They went under about the same time as Star.

My solution was to use three, 2 cavity bullet molds in rotation and cast a bunch at a sitting. 150 grain DEWCs over 2.8 grains of Bullseye. I used those and kept my average score. If I were to do it again I would probably use two six cavity molds.
