If you've absolutely got to have a 3.5 inch 27-2 LNIB then offer $2k and then pay what they ask. On the other hand, there is a very nice 5 inch 27-2 on the Forum classified area offered for $1250 (no box/papers) which seems a much better buy to me. Good luck.
