Might have been an urban myth but I recall the story of a woman calling the police and telling them she was sitting in her car when she was shot in the back of the head. Said she was holding her brains in with her hand. Turns out a tube of refrigerator biscuits had exploded in her grocery bag in the back seat and some of the dough had hit her in the back of the head.

Probably just a tall tale but I guess it’s at least plausible?
