PeteC, when I got my two, both a 2 1/2 and 4inch, they came from the factory courtesy of the sales manager at that time. He related the story about using the guns as clubs when I asked why they didn't just buy Model 13's. He was the one handling the sale so I believe him. In any case they are neat revolvers.
