The Governor doesn't shoot 45 ACP:

So you won't find a 45 that shoots both except a custom conversion. However it can be done but not from gun manufacturers. You'll only find the conversion from gunsmiths who specialize in the conversion by cutting 45 Colt cyls for 45 ACP moon clips. And using the clips for ACP is required, they cannot be loaded/fired singularly.
