All my Roze/Zero orders have been delivered with no issues. You will find many things out of stock on the website, and if you are waiting for inventory to appear either be lucky or fast.

CALL them - Kristy will probably answer the phone. Let her know what you need, and she will backorder the product for you. I have had to wait a few months for the highly in demand stuff, but most has been delivered in four to six weeks.
