You are much better off to use data from powder/bullet manufacturer's manuals. Second would be web sites from powder/bullet manufacturers. Yes, data will differ but mainly because of components being of different manufacturing lots, different equipment used for testing (age and method of testing) and personnel. If I were concerned about variations, I would choose the lowest starting loads and begin a work up there. I do not use reloading data from an anonymous screen name, ever...
