I found a pair of N frame Herrett's Shooting Star grips in an antique shop for seven bucks. They originally looked like the ones on the Colt Diamondback until I removed the checkering and oiled and sanded them. I'm left handed and removed the little thumb rest on the left but retained the trigger finger rest which is now a subtle thumb rest. They feel great when shooting my 24-3. They look a lot like those on your .357.
