The past two times I visited our local reload dealer, I was able to get a sleeve of 100 of either small pistol or small rifle primers @ $5/100. He will only sell 1 sleeve per customer per visit and he would like you to spend at least $10. If you are a regular, and he is out of what your are looking for he will sell you the primers anyway.
