Probably lack of crimp and weak choice primer for H110.

As a complete novice to loading one thing I do know is H110 requires to be over 90% volume in case, use of a magnum primer, a good crimp, and a charge size comparable to that of its rate of burn. This leaves a narrow window of use, particularly powerful magnum loads. Never used 4227 but probably a much better choice
