That would be HKS and he would want Model 27-A. 5-Star also makes a speed loader that would work - much the same as HKS - insert & twist - but all machined aluminum.
You may find loaders that are no longer commercially available on eBay.
Neither Safariland nor Speed Beez makes speed loaders for six-shot N-frame .38/.357 revolvers anymore.
