Fairly complete list of gun bills in Congress
This is something you should reference for up-to-date status on all gun bills, good or bad, going through Congress. I suggest you bookmark it in your computer and reference it often. It's done by a new organization, the National Association for Gun Rights. A good idea to stay on top of things in Washington.

This is really neat. Thanks for sharing. The two bills that say this bother me:
Allows the Attorney General to place domestic "terror" suspects on a "No Guns" List
Put the so-called "no fly list" names in the NICS database and prevents them from buying firearms
I seem to recall Rahm Emanuel talking about this, and judging by how ****** the no fly list is and how hard it is to get your name off (Recall if you will, one of our soldiers in Iraq was held up by it, as well as Sen. Ted Kennedy, in airports)... I hope these are summarily squashed.

Thanks for the link. Always good to stay informed with "real" information and not just hearsay or speculation.

I'm a member of the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, and I can tell you they are a "no compromise" group, with strong leadership from Dudley Brown. I would encourage every one to support NAGR. Mr Brown is Executive Director of both.

I just took the leap and became a Life Member of Gun Owners of America, principally because they don't give an inch on the Second Amendment. I have yet to give support to NAGR because they are so new, but they are off to a good start. Thanks for the input. I hope they become another strong pro-gun group in the continuing fight against the hoplophobes.
